How do I care for my SANDMAN pillow?

For our memory foam pillows:

  • Outer Cover: Remove and machine wash on a gentle cycle.
  • Memory Foam: Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Allow the foam to air dry completely.

What products do you offer?

How long do the scented candles last?

Our Dreamscape Scented Candles are 300g in size with a burn time of approximately 45 hours, depending on usage. To extend the life of your candle, trim the wick to 5mm before each use and burn for 2-4 hours at a time.

Is your pillow hypoallergenic?

Yes, our pillows are crafted with hypoallergenic materials that help minimize allergens, providing a clean and comfortable sleep environment.

What if I experience discomfort with my pillow?

If you experience any discomfort after using your pillow, we recommend allowing some time for adjustment, as memory foam takes a little time to contour to your body. If discomfort persists, please reach out to our customer support team for guidance.
